Are you having difficulty Downloading your Honor Level System Software?
Try these steps to save the file on your computer:
| In your Start Menu, select "Run" |  |
Now type the letters "cmd" in the box here and click "OK" |  |
You should see a black window like this. The text and the prompt on your window may be different. |  |
At the end of your prompt type: ftp honorlevel.com and press Return or Enter |

You will be asked to enter a username. Please enter: honorlevel as you see on the right and then press Return or Enter |

Now it asks for a password. When you enter the password, you will NOT see any characters. The password is: discipline Don't forget to press Return or Enter |

If your login is successful, you will see a message like the one at the right. |  |
At the ftp> prompt enter the words: type binary |  |
You will see a message: "Type set to I." Now at the ftp> prompt enter: get update.exe c:\update.exe If you need to download the full installation program, you can enter:

The download may take a moment or two depending on the speed of your Internet connect.
The ftp> prompt will return when it is over. You should see a "Transfer Complete" message |

At the ftp> prompt, type: bye and press Return or Enter |  |
The ftp> prompt will go away.
type: "exit" and press Return or Enter You should be able to find the file that you downloaded on your local c:drive.
