Manually Setting the Owes/Served Flag

When you look at the record of a student who has recently received an infraction, you can see if the student owes the consequence or has been given credit for serving it.

When you enter the infractions, a flag is set that tells the software to print a Report to Detention Slip for this student. This flag shows up as a check in a box under the student's name.

If this box is checked, a slip will be printed. When you click thebutton. The software scans every record and unchecks these boxes.

You can also check and uncheck the box yourself on the student record window.

If you have any consequences that you have added to the Credit Mask the normal Clear Slips process will not uncheck these boxes and you will have to do it manually.
